It finally happened! The High Council of Justice has opened access to its decisions on the body's official website.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, access to the decisions of the HCJ has been closed without any apparent reason or legal basis. We welcome this positive decision. It undoubtedly contributes to the restoration of trust in the High Council of Justice and, in the future, will ensure the transparency of its processes and decisions.
On February 28, 2023, at the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors, Oleksiy Melnyk and Oleh Kandzyuba were elected to the HCJ. The High Council of Justice is moving towards greater capacity: there are currently 17 members out of 21.
